Monthly Milestone Rounds
We have a no refund policy once an order has been placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges on our products, unless there is an obvious defect in craftsmanship. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event that your order is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order for a replacement. All of our items are shipped with USPS insurance, and you will need to provide 3 photos of the damage incurred in order to process your replacement.
All of our wood signs are made in our home from start to finish, by my two hands. Handmade products take time to create, as we pay meticulous attention to every detail on each and every product we send to our customers. ❤ Our average processing time is 7-10 business days of purchase. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, however, all of our signs are shipped using USPS Priority Mail with an estimated delivery of 2-3 days. Tracking information will be provided with all shipments.
