We have a no refund policy once an order has been placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges on our products, unless there is an obvious defect in craftsmanship. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event that your order is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order for a replacement. All of our items are shipped with USPS insurance, and you will need to provide 3 photos of the damage incurred in order to process your replacement.

Please read our shop announcement for current shipping timeframes. Ask us about a discount on shipping when you order multiple items.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for additional shipment costs incurred because of address change.

Our coupon code for free shipping is ONLY for local customers who plan to pick up their sign in person. Misuse of the coupon code will result in cancellation of your order.

Customization is REQUIRED on this listing. This listing is ready to ship. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order.
 

Hanging hardware is installed on each sign. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their sign is safely and securely hung on the wall. Our signs should be hung using a screw or screws that have been secured into a wall stud or drywall anchor.

All of our wood signs are made in our home from start to finish, by our two hands. Handmade products take time to create, as we pay meticulous attention to every detail on each and every product we send to our customers. ❤️ Our average processing time is 5-7 business days of purchase. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, however, all of our signs are shipped using USPS Priority Mail with an estimated delivery of 2-3 days. Tracking information will be provided with all shipments.

If you need your sign by a certain date, please let us know prior to purchase and we will do everything we can to get your sign to you by your requested date. We never charge rush fees to expedite order processing.
